My hat arrived yesterday, August 26th. I will say it looks spectacular and the embroidery is well done. I will be ordering more now that I know how long it actually takes to arrive.
I placed an order for a custom hat on August 1, 2024. It is now August 22, 2024 and I still have not received the order. I have sent two emails requesting an update to no avail. Now I get this "write a review" email that I am appropriately titling Ghosted by 247HatCo. Hopefully I get some type of resolution.

As we stated in our email, our turnaround time on custom hats is 10-14 business days. For orders less than 6 hats, those blanks are ordered as our cart has enough to justify the shipping. We try and get these out sooner, but due to high volumes and the Richardson 256 hats having to ship from Oregon, it took the full 14 business days to be embroidered and shipped. We hate you feel this way as your hat looks pretty sharp. It was picked up by the post office this morning and is scheduled to be delivered Saturday. Best of luck.
So cool how you can pull and upload images from photos, etc. super simple and it came out great quality. They even changed the color of my logo for me
