Ordering & Minimums
We have a minimum of 6 hats per order. That's it. No hidden tiers, no forced bulk commitments. Whether you need 6 or 600, we treat every order the same.
Yes — as long as the total quantity meets the 6-hat minimum, you can mix styles and colors within the same brand. Different brands require separate orders.
Rush production is available on select orders. Contact us directly at Orders@247hatco.com before placing your order to confirm availability and pricing. Rush fees apply.
Absolutely. We keep your digitized logo file on file, so reorders are fast and easy. Just reference your original order number and we'll match it exactly.
Artwork & Logos
We prefer .AI, .EPS, or high-resolution .PNG (300 dpi+) with a transparent background. If you only have a JPEG or low-res file, our team will let you know if it's workable — we've digitized thousands of logos and can usually make it happen.
Yes. Logo digitization is included at no extra charge. We convert your artwork into an embroidery-ready file and send you a digital proof before we stitch a single hat.
We can work with rough sketches, inspiration images, or even just a description. Our team handles basic art setup. For complex custom design work, we'll quote you separately.
Every single order gets a digital proof for approval before we begin. Nothing goes on a hat until you sign off. We don't skip this step — ever.
Production & Shipping
Standard production is 2–3 weeks from proof approval. This covers embroidery, quality check, and shipping. Larger orders (100+) may take slightly longer — we'll give you an exact timeline at order.
Yes — orders of 24 or more hats include a free physical pre-production sample. You'll receive one embroidered hat to inspect before we run the full order. For orders under 24, a sample can be added for a fee.
We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders — reach out and we'll get you a shipping quote.
We ship via UPS and USPS depending on order size and destination. Tracking is provided on every shipment.
Pricing & Payment
No setup fees. No digitizing fees. No plate fees. The price you see is the price you pay. We believe in straightforward pricing — no surprises at checkout.
Pricing is based on hat brand, style, and stitch count of your embroidery design. The more hats you order, the lower the per-unit cost. Use the 'Start Your Hat' flow to get a quote, or email us directly.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal through our secure Shopify checkout. For large orders, we can arrange invoice payment — contact us to discuss.
Yes. Volume pricing kicks in at 24, 48, and 100+ units. The more you order, the better the per-hat price. Reach out for a custom quote on orders over 100 hats.
Quality & Guarantee
If there's a production error or quality issue on our end, we'll make it right — period. We stand behind every hat we ship. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll resolve it.
We offer flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, and woven/embroidered patches. Each technique gives a different look and feel — we'll recommend the best option for your logo during the proof process.
Yes. Every hat we sell is a genuine blank from the brand — Richardson, Otto, Imperial, Carhartt, Lost Hat Co., YP Classic, and Zapped Headwear. We don't sell knockoffs or generic blanks labeled as brands.
